Human Formation

“Mens sana in corpore sano”. A healthy mind in a healthy body. To a young adolescent, growth and physical health are utmost importance. Hence, seminarians engage in indoor and outdoor sports. This is also to promote the values of teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship. Moreover, a seminarian is formed to arrive at a knowledge and acceptance of himself as an adolescent and be capable of making healthy choices according to his particular time and age.
